Hi. My two bedroom apartment is clean, modern and well positioned for Rail links to Worcester and Birmingham, 5 mins from M5 Motorway. The spare room is furnished with bed, workdesk, coffee table and storage for clothes etc. Gas fired central heating and loads of hot water. Sole use of private bathroom is included. Full acess to kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave etc. Full access to living area with freeview TV, dvd etc.
Off road parking is available during the week.

The apartment block has only two properties hence only one neighbour, a retired couple who are really nice people. Droitwich town is only five minute walk and there are good shops close by.

I am a hard working professional happy chap, like a good time and am very tidy, I expect my flatmate to be the same and to treat my apartment with respect. The apatment is cleaned weekly which is included in the rate.
