I am looking for a professional female flatmate who is kind, tidy and appreciative of nice surroundings. I currently rent off a family member so it will remain a private letting. The house itself is a listed Victorian building within the Royal School grounds and the area is very quiet and safe.
The house is very modern, without loosing its charm, and the rooms are very spacious with full furnishings. The journey to town is around 5 minutes on the bus, but is also walking distance in around 20 minutes. I work in Birmingham and the journey usually takes me around 40 minutes there and back.

The bedroom is part furnished with a double bed, fitted desk and chest of draws. There is space for a small wardrobe. There is also parking available.

I have a small cat who is very funny and cute, she generally keeps herself to herself but does love a fuss. I do need someone ASAP so if you like the look of my place, please get in touch!
