We are looking for a housemate for a double bedroom in our newly renovated home. The house is nice and modern and the bedroom is a good sized double. The room is inclusive of all bills and there is on and off street parking in the close.

The house is a two minute walk from the local bus stop and the high street is about a 5 minute walk away with all the local amenities. There are excellent links into Woking, Guildford and Waterloo.

We are a young professional couple who are both easy going and would like to find someone like minded who would feel/make themselves at home.
