I have 2 single rooms at £368.33 per calendar month. Both require 1 months rent as a deposit held with the deposit protection scheme and 1 months rent in advance. we do accept council bonds for the deposit if you qualify.

The house is home to a variety of people ranging from 30 - 65 years old. We do not accept under 30's

There is a loud music cut off at 10 (you can obviously have it on after that but not blaring out! ) during the week and a reasonable time and level at the weekends.

The rooms include a small kitchenette with sole use and all bills but electric are included, electricity bills are calculated on your own meter reading so you only pay for what you use.
The bathrooms are shared but there are a lot so you will never have to Que!
There is a communal laundry with two washing machines which take £1 and £2 coins and has an industrial tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

There is a communal garden where some tenants have BBQ or summer drinks. permission has to be granted to do a big gathering but its usually fine as long as you don't cause a riot!
We have a modern fire alarm which is linked directly to the fire brigade and we do weekly alarm checks to make sure everyone is kept safe.

We issue 6 month assured short hold tenancies at the start then at the end of the 6 months the tenancies roll over monthly until 1 of us gives notice.

We ask for employment references as well as previous landlord references and credit checks.
