Hi,

I am currently looking for a new tenant. We have a room to let in a large 23 room house just outside the centre of woking town. We are looking for a working person who is not going to be partying 24/7! the house is generally quiet, some weekends tenants have bbq's or get togethers and of course you can have visitors as long as you are quiet after 11pm and at weekends within a reasonable volume! We have a mixture of tenants from artists to musicians, people who work in offices and some who at the momsent dont work at all so they are a mixed bunch but friendly. There is a comunal garden, washing facilities and shared bathroom but you have your own kitchenette within the room.
