Looking for a house mate. I have a med size double bedroom available for rent In a modern house with large open plan kitchen that leads onto the garden for the summer, bbq! Space to park a car. The room has been recently decorated (new floors and painted) but can be amended to however you want it! Also is currently unfernished but that can change if need be, just sometimes people have thier own stuffs! Room will be ready for Feb 1st

The house is in Widnes close to rail and mortway links so really easy to travel to Runcorn, Warrington, Liverpool, Chester and Manchester areas

I'm 30 work long hours through the week mon-fri and my weekends are generally catch up with friends and family, so not always at the house. I'm just a normal sociable lad into music, cinema etc. Dont really watch that much tv, so its all yours if thats your thing! I do smoke but never in the house.

I'm an easy going type of guy, clean and tidy and looking for the same with potential house mate around the age of 20-35

Looking for a minimum of 6/12 months stay and for £350 a month, bills all in. I have Virgin +, fast broadband, house insurance etc.
