The property is located two miles from the North Sea coastline in a pleasant village with local amenities within 100 metres of the property. There is a local libray and park situated on the same road as the property with access to buses to and from Newcastle, Whitley Bay, Byth, North Shields, every half hour. There is also a metro link to Newcastle which is 5 minutes by car.

The room is a double room with built in wardrobes with the facility to add another wardrobe if necessary. If you are interested or need further information please do not hesitate to email me

I have no specific requirement for an ideal tenant with the exception that you pay your rent on time. I am pretty laid back as a person and you will have access to all the facilities in the house when I am not there. I do voluntary work with the Red Cross being my main interest outside of the house. I do not drink or smoke but I'm OK if you do, though not in the house. I have two cats so if you are allergic to animals beware. There names are Elvis and Costello. As you have noticed I have not laid down a figure for a deposit which should make this a lot more affordable. I am happy if you are thinking short term but can accomodate a longer stay period.
