The property has gas central heating, double glazing and comes with 2 rare car parks with planty space as well as on street parking.

Situated in a quiet street 2 mins walk to the fleet, 5 mins walking distance to main bus route to city centre, petrol station, mailbox, shops, Co-op and 2 mins to table tennis club.

Non-smoker only. Female is preffered, although male is also ok.

The double room is available from 7th Sept, with a minimum 6 months stay requirement. The single room is available from 12 Sept at £75pw.

The housemates are friendly, quiet, clean, tidy and easy going. We are all professionals working locally Mon-Fri 8: 30am - 5: 00pm.
