Hi there. My name is Sarah and I am a 34 year old NVQ Assessor.
I live in a spacious 3 bedroom flat with a fantastic view of Weston Bay. Although I have 3 bedrooms, one is used as an office to store files for my work. My flat is just on the outskirts of town ' 10 minute walk or a 2 minute bus ride. There is a convenience store very close by, a Chinese restaurant/take away and many more pubs, shops and restaurants in town. M5, J21 - 15 minutes; Local hospital ' 10 minutes; Bristol airport ' 40 minutes
The room I have on offer is south facing so you would have the view of the bay. It contains a double bed, 2 wardrobes (one big, one small) 2 Chester drawers (one big, one small) and 2 bedside tables. I can provide bed linen and towels if required.
The communal areas consist of a large lounge/dinning area with access to the balcony; Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and bathroom with bath/shower.
I live on the second floor so not suitable for pets. There are 3 other flats using the same entrance but all residents are either professional or retired and so far I have had no problems with any of them.
I am looking for a mature professional person with a good sense of humour. All bills are included (excl landline calls) and you will have access to wireless internet. Small deposit required and no couples please.
Am considering getting a cleaner in twice month once room is rented.
