This four bedroom flat with three bedrooms available to rent is available from August 2011. I am a 20 year old female student looking preferably for other female students. The flat is 2 minutes from Glasgow univerisity, Hillhead subway station and tesco, M&S etc. Me and current flatmates currently pay £280 a month however as we would need to sign a new lease in August this could change with the disgretion of the landlord. Each bedroom is a double, fully furnished, with period fireplaces and nice wooden floors. We currently pay £10 per month for phone and broadband (unlimited), with an electric shower and gas central heating, utilities bills vary. New modern kitchen, the flat is in a tenament building, with lovely period features. As my current flat mates are all parting ways I am looking to fill the flat up again and would like to find new flatmates asap just to get sorted.
