We have a large kitchen/dining area, garden. The kitchen has all mod cons. The house is a 10 minute walk to Asda, local to South Notts College, schools, doctors surgeries, post office, restaurants and about 2 min walk to local bus stop. Bus ride is 15 mins to city centre. We're also a short journey to Compton Acres shopping centre. You would be sharing with two females one 19 and 49 years old, both professionals. Very friendly and easygoing. Both of us have busy careers and active social lives. The room is available for a 2 month short term let as well as someone looking for somewhere longer and at which point we can renew. "
