For rent is my spare room, its a single room that comes unfurnished but I can get hold of a brand new bed if you dont have your own. the flat has GCH, double glazing, all kitchen appliances and washing machine etc. virgin tv, wireless broadband and all other mod cons, there is a 40 inch flat screen in the lounge which I use very rarely along with cream leather 3 and two seaters. the flat is on the top floor and has views of the sea and marina ( its about a 5 min walk to beach) which is great in the summer. its 1 minute round the corner to supermarket and 3 minutes to plenty of bars, resteraunts and shops on south road. its 3 minute walk to the railway station, its very central and an excellent location. it takes 12 mins to get into town on the train.
