We have prepared a furnished double bedroom and private sitting area for a professional female which should be ready in the next few weeks. There is on street parking, a washing machine, a condenser dryer, wifi broadband and your own tv and virgin tv package. All bills are included in the £400 per month rent which will include a cleaner. We are a happily married couple who have no children, I am at home all day and am always happy for a chat.
We have cats and hope you wont mind them - they are indoor cats and are very clean. The available rooms will be off limits to the cats, although we love animals it would be unfair of us to bring any into the house and therefore cannot accept anyone with pets.
We don't smoke in the house and expect the same from you. We are happy to have you spend time in the main communal areas as well as your private living room but equally not live in each others pocket.
There is a lovely outside patio garden which gets a lot of sun. There are shops within a 5 minute walk and the bus stops to Warrington town centre are around the corner. A new community centre is being built close by and a there is a lovely park. The road we live on is quiet and we are very lucky to have lovely neighbours.
As this is our home we have everything you could need and you would not need to bring things like cutlery or crockery or bedding but should you feel the need to we will accomodate you.
