I have both a single and a double bedroom to let in my mid-terraced house in the Dallam area.

Single room is furnished with single bed, 5- drawer chest of drawers, 3- drawer bedside cabinet & lamp, wardrobe and bookshelf.

Double room is furnished with a king size bed, 4-drawer chest of drawers, 3-drawer bedside cabinet & lamp, wardrobe and bookshelf.

All bills included: water, gas, electricity & broadband costs, phone bill NOT included and must buy own food and household sundries.
I am a friendly, honest person. I have 3 cats so no other pets permitted as they probably would not get on! you may be called upon to feed cats whilst I am away occasionally. I'm never usually here at weekends so you'll have the house to yourself, depending on the working patterns of the other tenant. I am a smoker, but will smoke outside if tenants prefer. House is decorated in neutral colours with the kitchen being a work in progress at the moment - it is totally functional though with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer available for you to use.
Viewing recommended. House is close to bus stop, M62 is easily accessible (approx 2 mins drive) not far from both Bank Quay and Central rail stations and town centre.
I am looking for clean, tidy tenants who pay on time and in full! Also, if you are not prepared to pay the damage deposit then please do not contact me. I appreciate that people do not set out to deliberately cause damage, but a damage deposit is standard procedure and if you don't break anything then it will be returned to you in full when you leave! I've unfortunately had a few timewasters and worse: tenants who have left without paying their rent so I am a little jaded with the whole tenant experience so far! apologies; -)
