Hi we are a couple looking for someone to rent a double room in our 3 bed house in Walton on Thames. We are 26 (female) and 31 (male). We have a 28yr old male housemate. We are friendly and sociable. We are looking for someone who is sociable, clean and tidy. We have a medium sized garden with a shed which can hold bikes etc. and parking spaces outside. Smoking is permitted, but only in the garden. All bills are Inc in price. We also have WiFi and Sky+. Hersham train station is roughly 15min walks away and Walton on Thames train station is roughly a 5-10min drive away. We are only 5-10mins drive away from Walton town centre. There is a bus stop 2 mins away from us. We have a 20 month old chocolate labradoodle who is very well behaved, clean and friendly. Feel free to email me for more info.
