Hi I have a double room availanble to rent, 6th floor of highrise flats owned by WATMOS TMO.

I'm offering the room as a flatshare, so the price is all inclusive.
(water, electricity, tv licensing, council tax and accommodation)
(every week in advance + 1 week deposit).
The flat is nearby the town centre and bus station.
There is a balcony and bathroom/toilet are separate.
The place isn't perfect looking as I've only lived here 2 years and never really payed attantion to the decor, but it's a homely and enjoyable environment.

I'm a 20 year old student and am ideally looking for another student to rent long term. Someone who I can befriend and that will be around regularly. Hopefully clean as I like to keep things tidy and not a pain. No people on benefits thank you (student load is fine).
