Compact bed-sitting room in quiet neighbourhood convenient for travelling to Leeds/Wakefield etcetera. Flanshaw, Wakefield WF2 9JU. Looks out over garden and is very sunny.
Sturdy click-clack bed-settee (makes decent double bed) with internal storage, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave available in room, but full shared access (with me, the owner) to kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden included. Wi-fi internet connection always on.
Off road parking for a small car.
You do need to not be allergic to cats and be cat friendly as I have two, one of them is very nervous.
Would suit single gay guy or lesbian, preferably non-smoker, employed a must, generally quiet disposition mainly because of the nervous cat but, also as is an end terrace so have to think of the neighbours. I think it would be cramped for a couple, but liveable if used mainly just as bedroom.
Price includes bills apart from telephone.
