Property has a living/dining room with a woodburner, plus kitchen/breakfast room, shared bathroom and a big garden with a large patio and separate lawn area, parking is street but is always available. Cost includes all bills including Sky and broadband, evening and weekend landline calls but other phonecalls are not included. I am a 33 year old female, I have a small spaniel dog that is living here temporarily, he is very friendly and comes to work with me, I work shifts so you will often has evenings to yourself and I work every other weekend. The property is a terrace early 1900's build, near to the station-5min walk, the area has good rail links, 20mins from Bath, 35mins from Bristol. I would like a female tenant ideally over 25.
