The room itself is a good size double. One single and one double built in wardrobes.

Local amenities include Pub, Excellent Fish & Chip Takeaway and shop/post office. There are some very good pub/restaurants within walking distance of the village.

Couples welcome but on different rental terms.

Mon- Fri rental also available on different terms

Rental agreement provided.

There is NO smoking in the house. Restricted to the garden or garage.

We expect you to look after and tidy up after yourself.

Refurbished main bathroom which you would share with my other lodger, there is another downstairs shower room/toilet for those can't wait times.

The two other bedrooms are left vacant for when family/friends visit, so it's not too crowded.

Bedding and towels are provided.

We are relaxed and easy going, always approachable. We respect others privacy and belongings and would expect the same in return. We both enjoy Reading, cycling, walking, going to the cinema and enjoying our vast DVD collection.
