The house is a pretty stone cottage, set in a beautiful rural location. Outside we have plenty of parking, a front and back good size garden and an outhouse for extra storage. The house has a good size kitchen and dining area, and a seperate living room. We have a bathroom (bath only) and a seperate toilet. There are 3 bedrooms, the room for rent is a small double it is unfurnished but has a built in cupboard just outside the room. We have sky tv, broadband, telephone, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, and tumble dryer. Just the room to furnish.
The house is ideally suited to those who enjoy rural living, however we are local to Tadcaster which has banks, supermarket and shops. The house has easy access to the A1, M1, M62 and A64 and we are around 30mins from Leeds, Harrogate and York.
Currently there are two 27yr old females living in the house. We are friendly, warm and welcoming and are more then happy to help new housemates settle in and show around the local area if needed.
We are looking for a male or female of any age. We would ideally like someone who is laid back, friendly and sociable.
Current house mates are horse riders and there would be opportunity to horse ride or learn if the new tenant was interested.
We also are open to having pets on discussion. Currently no pets in the house
