It faces south and is on the ground floor, there is a toilet opposite for this room but shared shower/bath upstairs. Shared lounge and kitchen. Private garden and has parking. Short walk to all amenities. You will have alot of privacy as the house is on 3 floors so plenty of space and quiet if needed.
We are a friendly family professional mum and two teenage boys with 2 young cats.
