Well basically, I am moving to sweden for a couple of months and am in need of someone to take my place in my house. Which is currently being shared by 4 girls (including myself) all of whom are student nurses. The house is right by the seaside and walking distance of 5 minutes into the town centre. Infact everything you may want to do in Swansea is in walking distance. Including the night life. its a great place to be if you enjoy a good night out and you can just stroll back home from a night out at the bars/clubs, or if you're not into clubbing its a perfectly tranquil place to be also.

The rent is £260 a month. The room is a downstairs room, which fits a double bed, single wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk with a floor to ceiling length of shelves (everything you get in student accomodation + more. the house has 3 bathrooms, which includes a bath and shower upstairs. A bathroom downstairs with a shower too.
There is a large living room area with a large kitchen following on from it. There is a washing machine and tumble drier, fridge and freezer.

My current house mates are wonderful, friendly people to live with who are very considerate as well.

The contract ends at the end of August 2012, and the availability starts from January 12th 2012.
