Seeking lodgers to share our large and lovely home.

We have five bedrooms, a few of which aren't in use, so we'd like to rent them out to help with the bills etc. We have two bathrooms with power showers (one with a bath), two loos, a large kitchen, and a reception room set aside for lodgers. Share of white goods, linen and cooking kits etc a given. The bedrooms are spacious with storage, currently accommodating single beds, but lodgers are welcome to bring doubles if they prefer.

Smokers restricted to back patio (not house)
Party animals / drama queens need not apply.
We prefer lodgers to play away where possible as this is a family home.
