I'm ideally looking for a postgraduate (masters/PhD) student to move into a shared 2 bed Georgian flat for a year rather than normal term time.
Good sized double room, fully furnished. Kitchen and Bathroom recently refurbished to a high standard. Shared living room is huge including a large TV with virgin, views of Swansea bay and a bar.

On street parking can be sorted out. Ideal for students at the uni as its only a 10 min walk as well.

I'm currently in the 2nd year of my PhD at the uni and looking to live with someone fun and outgoing who likes a night in on the sofa as much as a night out.

Really need to see this flat to appreciate it!
