Hi there

My friend and I have found a great house in Surbiton but need to find some flatmates quite quickly! The house is a lovely three storey townhouse with a new kitchen, large dining room and separate lounge. There is a large patio and small garden with a shed for storage. There are two rooms, one with an en suite, rent would range from 450/700 depending on the room, + bills. 

We are two professional ladies in their early 30's, looking for some sociable, relaxed and friendly people to share a home with. Ideally we would like males to balance things out but this isn't essential.

We will be at the Victoria pub in Surbiton from 6pm on Monday the 14th of November to meet people that are interested, get in touch if you would like any other info
