Newly decorated modern looking flat only 5 years old and built to a very hight standard I am offering a double room with share kitchen bathroom and lounge all bills inc situated a short walk from esher and hampton court which both have really nice bars and restarunts and a 1 train half hour commute straight to waterloo from hampton court.
I am looking for a flat mate male or female who is clean tidy & respectfull of others property no smoking in the flat but no problems with smoking downstairs at the front of the building. sadly no pets as there is a contract in the lease for everyone in the block about no animals.
