Double room available in a 3 bed semi in a quiet area. On a good bus route into town and close to A19 if you drive. Off road parking is available. Storage room if you have a bike. Rent includes gas, electricity, water and broadband. Large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, dining room and bathroom with over bath shower. There is a telephone line connected but I dont have a home phone. I dont mind this being used but cost of all calls would be at your own expense.
Asda, iceland, post office, doctors and dentist as well as other small shops at end of street.
Only other occupant is me. Ive recently moved back into my property after 3 years in Scotland. I'm rarely home before 7 weekdays. I'm quiet, easygoing and respectful of privacy but cant stand mess n clutter so looking for someone likeminded. A nonsmoker as I'm asthmatic.
