I'm a 30 year old, professional male looking for a flatmate to share with me.

I live in a 2 bedroomed upstairs flat in Roker, 5 minutes walk from the Metro station and close to other transport links and close to the beach

The available bedroom is a small single room but benefits from a large wardrobe. The room currently has a single bed but at a push a double could be squeezed in if this was important. The rest of the flat is large and as I work evenings you would have the rest of the flat to yourself most nights. The flat has a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer and washing machine. The flat also has a large living room with TV and also wifi broadband.

I am a 30 year old university graduate who currently works in the restaurant trade. I am quite easygoing and spend most of my free time either keeping fit or going out with friends.

I'll include all bills in the rent except the gas which is on a prepayment meter which currently costs me around £15 a week although in the summer months it costs very little. If it would be important to keep all bills contained within the monthly rent we could come to an arrangement
