I’m looking for a person to share my two bedroom modern flat. Double room which is medium size with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Car parking space available.

5 minute walk to Sunbury train station/Sunbury Cross (15/20 minute walk to Upper Haliford Station). 30 sec drive to M3 with links to M25.10 minute drive to Heathrow Airport. 2 minute walk to Tesco Extra. Bus stops literally outside with the main routes going to Kingston, Twickenham, Richmond, Staines, Heathrow/Hatton Cross.

Room available from 1st January on a 3-6 month basis. One month’s notice required upon vacating.

Rent: £500 pcm including all bills although there is no broadband or internet connection.
