I have 2 really nice fresh, clean fully furnished single and double sized bedrooms available for two single Female NON-SMOKERS; the bedrooms have a peaceful relaxing ambience.

Both bedrooms are very nice.

It's a happy relaxed home where we respect each others privacy but also enjoy chats together. IT'S A PEACEFUL HOUSE suitable for students or professional females.

The facilities available are washing machine, broadband wireless, a good size garden with patio.

All bills, plus council tax, included in the rent.

One month deposit and rent is payable in advance of moving in. A tenency agreement with terms and condition is to be completed and receipts are given with every payment made.

The house is located close to Streatham Common main line train station, which has regular and reliable trains into central London (Victoria), London Bridge and other areas in and around London. Balham tube and train station is one stop from Streatham Common Station. Trains go direct to Victoria Station and take approx 17 minutes.

There is also a very good bus service, day and night.
