I'm currently living in a nice 3 bedroom house in Streatham Hill, South West London. My flatmates are moving out on 14th August and so there's 2 double rooms up for grabs!

a? living with an easy going, clean, tidy and respectful flatmate

It's a great location with a busy high street, bars, shops, Tooting Bec Common and Streatham common nearby and loads of transport links including night buses from central London.

I'm 28, work in marketing, enjoy listening to music, cooking, running, reading, wine, cocktails etc. I've lived here for 2 years and it would be great to find like minded people who enjoy living in a nice, clean home and are respectful! Someone is sociable but also likes their own space. I'm out quiet a lot so I'm easy going with partners staying a few nights a week, friends or family visiting and dinner parties every so often.

The rent is A450 per calendar month and bills are A100 on top for everything.

Please note this tenancy is managed by Andrews Lettings and you will need to provide references and undergo a credit check. The deposit is 1 month rent: A450 and an administration fee but it's all worth it :)
