Rent is A300 per month and is inclusive of bills and internet access. Downstairs has also recently been re-decorated and carpeted and has a modern relaxed feel about it. The house is in a quiet street and is modern and very spacious but cosy.

I am a fun and easy person to live with, I would like someone who is honest, clean and tidy and who would share the housework.

I have a cat called Oakie who is very clean and no bother.
