I have a double room available to rent in a 3 bedroom, mid-terrace house in Longport, Stoke on Trent. Although the 3rd bedroom is too small to rent out, its ideal if occasionally want a friend to stay over.

The room is a large double room at the front of the house. It furnished with a Kingsize bed, wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. All you need to bring with you is a TV (although, with notice I may be able to supply one).

The house is very warm, has wireless broadband and freeview TV. Sorry, no Sky/Virgin as yet but I am considering getting it installed. In the Kitchen there is a large fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

As for me, well I'm 29 years old and work in Financial Services. I'm a very laid back person and into the usual lad stuff like football and computer games and the occassional night out.

The room is available for £350pm and available from 1 September 2011. All bills are included so you only need to worry about food.
