One double bedroom in a three bedroom house available fwith all bills (water, electric, gas and internet) and tax inclusive. Deposit of £200 plus months rent will be required upon move in date.

The rent is NEGOTIABLE since let is short term and room will only be available from now until the 31st of March.

Bathroom recently redecorated (repainted and grouted).

Office/guest room available for guests, and for any tenant to use for studies/office related work.

Within walking distance (15mins by foot) from city centre. Alternatively there is a bus stop on our road for those who do not own a car.

Iceland and Lidl nearby (5 min walk away).

Ideal for students, though any individual is accepted - no couples, please.

Room will be ready to move into now.

At present there is myself (female professional) and another girl (first year student) living here. We are easy going, neat and tidy. Would prefer a female to join our group but will consider males. Note that we do accept smokers too, but smoking is not permitted in the household.
