Really nice new house located on High Newham Road, Stockton. About 10minutes from North Tees General Hospital. It is a double glazed, semi detatched house with a garden and double drive. The house is spacious, modern and elegant - however a tad minimalistic as I personally haven't fully got round to sorting everything out (ie blinds in the living room) however it is currently fully furnished with new furnishings. The reasonably large double room, the one in question, has a double bed and brand new matress already in the room with cream interior and a large cuboard. There are medium sized windows approximately 2metres apart from each other looking on the drive. It is a nice light room and would be idea to put a desk in, since there is plenty of space.

There are two bathrooms - one with a shower (including shower screen) / bath, cream carpets with a cream, fairly neutral interior. I cannot stress how nice this house actually is, especially for the money (this is the reason I do not wish to move out). The room is not up for rent because I am difficult to live with or for anything along those lines, my housemate has had to move out because she has some issues to take care of elsewhere and therefore I need a new tennant asap. And seeing as the majority of my friends already have houses, they wish not to leave their humble abode's to simply live with me; a fun, outgoing and friendly 24 year old Masters student. I am not messy either, infact I am not even home that much! I love music, socialising, relaxing and generally having fun. My MSc is in Strength and Conditioning so I am quite fitness and health orientated - I don't mind if you smoke but you will have to do it outside! I work two jobs, one as Venue Staff in my Students Union and one in a Bar.

There is a bus stop right next to house if you don't drive so transport isnt bad either. The Area is quiet and the neighbours are really nice, i've even borrowed their lawn mower and they made us cake.

I am looking for any gender, any orientation, however must be friendly, content and trustworthy to come move in and have a bit of laugh really! Its quite cheap, conveiniant and I'm dead nice, so feel free to give me a call to discuss anything

The ideal tenant for me would be somebody who is outgoing and friendly, doesn't take themselves too seriously, likes to have a laugh but is also considerate, kind and trustworthy. If you fit into this category you would be the ideal tenant!
