Hi, I'm an easy-going and fun loving person who is looking for someone similar to share my house. I live in a new build detached house in a quiet residential area - mainly young working professionals. The house is well equipped with all the mod cons you would expect, including wireless internet and Sky+. The rent includes ALL bills.
The room is a double which is bright and airy, with built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. I also have a large living room and open plan dining room. There is off street parking and also a small front garden and very large back garden with patio, lawn and decking so you can sit out and enjoy the sun.
There's a bus stop two minutes walk away with a regular bus service into Stirling, which runs from early in the morning until late at night. I am also a couple of minutes drive away from Stirling services, linking to the Edinburgh and Glasgow motorways.
