We are looking for a sociable young professional to move into our friendly open plan house which has recently been renovated. Must be a non-smoker and no pets are allowed. Sharing with 3 young professionals, 1 male and 2 females aged 24/25. Rent is £380 a month excluding bills which we share. (May be an opportunity to swap with current housemate for a small double, rent £350 month)
