The property is located in Doxey, a short distance from Stafford town centre, with bus access. It is a two bedroom house. The available room is furnished with a double bed, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, wardrobe and shelves, bedside draws + lamp and two sets of storage draws. The property is fully furnished and has freeview television and broadband internet. Gas and electricity are on a meter, so basically it's a pay as you go type of thing, very much like how you pay for a pay as you go mobile phone. Electricity is not on a meter and gets split evenly. Tenant is not required to pay for internet.
The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a small newsagent shop a short walk from the house. There is another, along with a Chinese takeaway at a slightly longer walk from the house.
I'm looking for someone who is, ideally, a student, who is sociable, but not someone who will go out drinking/partying- that sort of personality would clash with mine and I think wouldn't work out. Other than that I'm not really fussy.
About me: I'm a 1st year nursing student. I'm a quiet person, and rather shy at first meeting. I like: gaming, reading, watching tv, writing, swimming.
As a note: My dad owns the house that I'm renting, basically I'm renting from him. I pay the same as the tenant will, so it's all fair, no family favours. The house has recently had new windows and doors fitted, and my parents come up at weekends sometimes to work out the outer parts of the house; the front and back garden.
Another note: I put no for having a dryer. I don't have a separate dryer but there is a drying option on the washing machine. It's not great though. Only really works well with one or two items if you're desperate for something drying quickly.
