Hi there!
I've just graduated from Staffs Uni, working for a TV company & the Students' Union & am currently the sole occupier of a good 60's style house in Stafford. My other flatmates have also graduated but gone home, so I'm looking to fill the spare two rooms before I go nuts after only being surrounded by unsociable electrical appliances since June.

The house itself is a three bedroom terrace with some period features & a long garden with pond. The house has a large kitchen with gas hobs, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink, haunted cupboards & some utensils.
Theres a utility room (which can also be used for storage) with washing machine (no dryer. )
Bathroom has a shower & bath & weighing scales.
There isn't a lounge but there is a dining room which has a table in, but could also fit a settee in there too. Currently theres an armchair.

Bedrooms come furnished with recently purchased bed & mattress, desk, bin, chest of drawers & wardrobe. (You can paint & furnish your own too. )

The landlord - Shan - lives away from Stafford but is an friendly guy who is easily contactable & fixes things when needed.

>House is 20 minutes cycle from the Uni campus.
>Gas & electricity is on meter system (works out at around 3.50 per person per week on average)
>Internet was 5 per month per person, needs reconnecting however.
>Garden & pond need some work to look nice which I am happy to help with.

I've enjoyed living here with the other tennants as the house is roomy & has good atmosphere. Previous tennants didn't maintain the garden & pond, so thats overgrown.
However I feel the house has great potential - as the garden & patio could look fantastic & be great for BBQ's & resonsible parties. The kitchen is large which is great for communal cooking (such as Christmas dinner or random house meals)
Plus as the landlord allows you to paint & decorate your room you can jazz it up to how you want to make it more of a home.

I'm a sociable guy, has many interests, open-minded, likes to cook & bake, embark on random projects & be generally creative. Ideally be great to live with people who like Japanese stuff, work in or study media & like to do fun communal things and be sociable. But everyone is different so if it turns out the hours is filled with Moss from "The IT Crowd" types who game all day long - as long as your clean, friendly & considerate its all good!
