I have a two bed house, semi detached, privately owned by myself. the room itself has 1 double/1single fitted wardrobe, I cannot find out the dimensions of the room until the 01-10-2011 as I have tenants in there already and they do not move until the 31st sept. it is a fair size room though. there are two parking spaces at the property which one is open to your use, it is in the St austell area near charlestown. The rest of the house will be furnished. I have put for 6 months but this is flexible.

I will be the only other tenant in the property.
