Hi, I have 1 Double room available in Southwick (residential area). Close to bus stops and train station and the Holmbush centre (Next, M & S, Tesco) and to South Downs if you're more of a country person :)

A short drive to Brighton town centre or a short journey on the bus:
46: about 2-3 min walk to the bus stop
2, 2A, 2B, 59, : All run along the main road (approx. 5-10 min walk).
700: Runs along the seafront.
Car parking available free on street (with the possibility of a driveway parking space) and there should be no problems finding a space nearby.

There is a patio garden at the back, bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen with small dining area, spacious lounge. Tivo box, Wireless broadband, Landline phone (free evening & weekend calls to other landlines), Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Dishwasher, Central heating.

Currently shared with one female, I am quite laid back and social, I would like to share with another girl.

Bills are included in the price £400pcm.
