I will have a furnished double room available soon in my home. The house has all the usual things, washing, machine, wireless broadband, TV's. Just a few minutes walk to the train station and bus route, off street parking and garden. There would be myself and one other housemate.
I'm looking for a working person, preferably one who has shared before so they know how to be considerate to other housemates, one who is respectful and trustworthy. It's a clean, quiet house.
