We are two ladies in our mid 20s that have found a lovely 4 bed 2 bath house in Southgate. All double rooms, large lounge, brand new kitchen, brand new bathrooms, conservatory and garden! Really close to the station too. It's currently 400pw for the house unfurnished but I am trying to negotiate to get furnishings so price may go up, then bills on top.
We are very sociable yet respectful of each other's privacy, like to hang out cooking/drinking tea/wine or going out for dinner/seeing friends/cinema/gym etc. We're clean and tidy and respect communal areas. Looking for two housemates we can actually talk to - don't want to feel like we have lodgers!
