I have a double room in a semi detached house with driveway parkingt. All bills including broadband etc included, food is separate but we chip in together to make it cheaper. There is a garden with side access which we are fixing up for the summer and there are 2 bathrooms. We are also situated very close to public transport links/rail etc. We are looking for someone who is fun and friendly who appreciates personal space and respects other peoples, but who is sociable and a good chuckle.
