Apartment is on the 3/4th floor it has two bedrooms, two reception rooms and a roof terrace with great views of Southend (facing Kent) and pier.
Price includes: weekly cleaning service, all utilities, and broadband internet.
Room is furnished with double wardrobe only, so potential room mate would need bed.
 
Room will be empty from 17/09, however there is some flexibility with dates.

I'm easy going, into music, art, when I have time I enjoy the pub with friends. Bit of a lefty guardian reader listen to radio 4. Studying for a degree in social work (cliche) into politics, news etc.
 
Minimum term of 6 months, following month trial period.
