I am looking for a female house mate professional or student to rent a Large Bright Furnished Room in my house in Lordshill. Resently had new furniture, (not shown in picture) Room is at the back of house so is quiet, Avalible from anytime, facilities are shared with me, I do have a very friendly dog so must like dogs. Assess to all rooms ie Loung, Kitchen, Bathroom, & Garden. Parking in the Close directly out side.
House is close to the shops at lordshill that has a Sainsbury, Post office, Chemist, Dry cleaners, News agents, Charity shop, Cash points, Local Pub, Doctors & Dental Surgery, Library, I am about 3 miles from Southamtpon City centre and on a regular bus route, Close to Southampton Hospital within easy walking distance & on a regular bus route to Southampton University which is about 3 miles.
There is also a bus route to Winchester, so easy assess to lots of areas. & not far from the M271 motorway.
Rent is £400 calendar month which includes all bills. (except Phone) Depostis required. Internet on wireless included in rent & assess to a land line phone if you require?
I work in the hospital on childrens oncology ward as a play specialist & out reach for a young disability girl, some weekends so quiet busy myself but like to relax evenings & weekends when not working I like to walking the dog, who is very friendly and loves to play! Would be great if you like dogs, My present lodger has loved being around Asay my dog and would not be leaving if she was not getting married! If interested please email & viewing is welcome.
