I have a double room available in my flat in Marchwood. You will be sharing with me, a 31 year old male.

I am looking to share my home, not just rent a room, so you are free to use the flat as your own, with full access to the living room and kitchen and bathroom etc.

The bedroom comprises of a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, widescreen tv and internet connection

I am willing to offer the room as unfurnished if you wanted to bring your own furniture.

I also have sky tv with the full sports ans ESPN package.

I do require a deposit but dont insist on a minimum term let.
