I am looking for a housemate to rent a room in the Biddick Hall area of South Shields.

House is an end of terrace with front side and back gardens, 3 bed rooms (2 double) the small single bedroom is also emply and I have no plans to rent it out. Large 18ft sitting room and kitchen. The bathroom has large bath and seperate shower cubicle. House has virgin TV, landline and Wireless internet.

The room is a double with large cupboard that extends over the stairs. Neutrally decorated with wood flooring. Room has mains tv aerial. Room is big enough for a double but it has a single bed and additional wardrobe in.

I would be looking for a 2 month trial period.

I have 2 cats, they are good as gold and very friendly.
