Single/ small room available now There are bunks in there right now but can be replaced with single or double bed at a push. There is a desk, wardrobe and shelves. There is a TV and we have wi fi access.

Bills are all included and we have a seperate bathroom and toilet. We have a german shepherd dog who is part of the family, she's a barker but thats all. There are my husband and myself and our daughter and son in law living here so is more suited to a youngish person.

All guests or visitors are treated as part of our family.

There is a train station in skegness and we have a local spar shop and numerous pubs on the main road.

We are 50 yards from the beach and on a bus route to skegness and or lincoln/mablethorpe/alford.
