Hi There,

I have a double bedroom available shortly in my 3-Bed house.
We are currently 3 people but one flatmate is going next week.
Easy going household, but few basic common sense rules to follow i. e. clean after use, respect other housemates.
I'm looking for someone who's clean and tidy, and will give a hand for house chores for shared rooms (kitchen, bathroom etc). I'm looking for someone honest, trustworthy and sensible. Occasional guests are allowed (everyone has a social life! ) but the house is not party central.
I had trouble in the past with people taking advantage and leaving their mess behind so if you got a reference that would be much appreciated.

The house: living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and shower room downstairs. Then the 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. for the outside, garden, patio area and wooden deck.
