I've got a very nice room on the 3rd floor. The area is in Sherwood, a quiet, convenient and safe residential area which is close to supermarkets, shops and local pubs. It's just 1-min walk to the bus stop linked to the city centre. It takes about 10 min on the bus to town.

In the house, there's a shared bathroom and open kitchen. Everything is new and in good condition as it's been only one year after being renovated. Security alarm and fire alarm are installed. My room's got 2 wardrobes, 1 desk, 1 double size bed, 1 chair and 1 mini sofa. The toilet has a bath and a shower room. The kitchen has a brand-new fridge, cupboards, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer and all tableware you may need. What's more, we've got a backyard for dining and hanging around too. Isn't it great?

Currently, including me, there're 5 girls living there but one of us usually works from home in Dublin so the house's not too crowded though. By the way, all of my housemates are friendly and intelligent. We have had a great time. Because I've got stress in the second year, I want to live close to my uni so I need to get someone to take over my room.

The rent is 56 pounds per week which is bills exclusive. We share gas, electric and internet which all together is roughly about 35 pounds per month in winter and 15 pounds in summer. On average, every month it costs around 260 pounds for EVERYTHING in the house.
